Baked Goods & Kits: Due to the perishable nature of our cookies and brownies, and the variables inherent in home baking (e.g., oven calibration, wet ingredients), we are not responsible for spoilage caused by courier delays or unsatisfactory results from baking kits. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. 2.2. Commercial Equipment (Mixers, Ovens): All equipment is covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. We facilitate the sale, but all technical support, maintenance, and functional claims must be directed to the manufacturer, not to Prosperity’s Pastries Shop

The Pro Kit, Scale-Up Kit and Precision Lab Kit are classified as Heavy Freight and ship in multiple boxes. Shipping costs at checkout reflect the specialized, high-cost cargo handling required. We are not responsible for delays caused by the freight carrier.
